I used Donna Hay's blueberry muffin recipe and altered it slightly. Ignore the part where it says 'makes 6' because Donna must have been high when she wrote this as I made 12 huge ones...
2 cups of self raising flour
1/2 a cup of caster sugar
1/3 of a cup of vegetable oil
a cup of berries....which I later decided had to be 2 cups!
1 cup of vanilla yoghurt (swapped for the sour cream)
the book's muffins as a comparison for later
(Pretty much just chuck everything together, mix, put in a muffin tray and lick the bowl)

I also added coconut, chopped almonds and white chocolate to make them extra yummy! I highly recommend these - especially fresh and warm from the oven like the one above! xx
