Macaroons

On Monday I was in the city with a friend and had a sudden craving for macaroons. We spent the whole afternoon trying to find some and eventually we did, they were delicious. Whilst we were in a shop just before we bought them I found a macaroon book and had to buy it. Here are the strawberry macaroons I made today - very yummy and a huge success!
